From Memorial Day to Labor Day .........$3850.00 per week (7 nights)
From Labor Day to December 31st, April and May(except Memorial Day weekend).......$2500.00 per week
Not available for rent Jan thru March.
Nightly Rate: from $500/night (three night minimum, please)
Security Deposit and 1 night’s fee to book reservation.
Remaining payment and Cleaning Fee due at least 45 days before 1st day of rental.
The above includes the 9% Plumas County Bed Tax.

$300 refundable Security Deposit.....due at time of reservation.
$150.00 Cleaning fee............due by time of final rental payment
(includes bed linens for all four beds ... but not towels. And if you’re really, really messy and it requires the cleaner 2 sessions, we’ll need to charge you for both. Don’t worry it rarely happens but we wanted to let you know. )
$80/stay *Facilities Fee...due at time of final payment
$100/stay *Boat Launch Fee ( if applicable)....due at time of arrival
*These two fees are required by the Country Club of all renters of any property within the Country Club and are paid directly to Lake Almanor Country Club (LACC). We list them here in the interest of full disclosure...we were caught off guard in the past when we were renters. Once you’ve confirmed your reservation, we’ll send you a form to complete and mail back to LACC with your check

Pets
SORRY!...LACC does not allow renters to bring pets. Their rules not ours, we’re “dog people” and would allow them if we could.
ATTN Boat Owners
If you’re bringing a boat you’ll need to have it “inspected” (for invasive mussel species) at either of the gates before you’ll be allowed to use either of the Country Club’s launch ramps. You’ll get a removable sticker after passing inspection. Just make sure you make it to the gates before they close for the night. In the summer, that’s usually at 5 PM for the Clifford gate and 4 PM for the Peninsula Gate. Cost: $ 100 per stay. .

You have questions, we have answers (probably).... Here's a list of some from our former guests.
#1 Is the house handicap accessible?
A: No, sorry it is not. The house is spread over three levels.
#2 Is there water access?
A: Yes, during the summer(May->Oct) the dock is out and we hope you'll use it.
#3 Is there any place to dock a boat?
A: Yes, we have two buoys you can use in addition to the dock. The lake gets windy in the afternoon so its best to use the buoys then.
#4 Do we need to bring groceries?
A: Not really.....there is a VERY well stocked grocery store in Chester(about 5 miles away) and another smaller market, "Peninsula Market" that is even closer and had an amazing selection. And because we use the house too, it is well stocked with spices, kitchen staples and condiments in the frig.....feel free to help yourself to anything, we just ask that if you finish up something that you kindly replace it.
#5 How many parking spaces are there?
A: There's room for 4 cars; it would be tight but its possible.
