There are upper and lower decks the length of the house with an abundance of patio furniture.
A hot tub is on the lower deck....and still has a view! It is usable year round.
The dock is available for use from beginning of May thru the end of September. with a sun sail to provide shade on even the hottest days.
On the first level as you walk in ,is now a full sized pool table for your enjoyment.
Queen sized memory foam mattress with en suite. Wall mounted flat screen 48 inch smart TV with cable. Sliding doors open on to the lower deck and the hot tub is right outside!
With 48 inch hi-def TV and Martin Logan electrostatic speakers.
The laundry room with full sized washer and dryer is off this room.
(P.S.- the foos ball table shown in the picture has been replaced by an electronic keyboard)
Also with a queen-sized mattress and 48 inch high def flat screen TV with Roku (no cable). The bathroom is right outside the door.
